Hello!
I’m Laura, a calligraphy artist and teacher based in West London.
I love sharing ways to help people support their wellbeing and mental health using creativity and mindfulness. I help you step away from the busyness of life by getting creative and dropping into a calming flow state - with just a pen!
Where my love of calligraphy began
I discovered calligraphy in 2017 as a tool and creative outlet to support my mental wellbeing, and soon became fascinated with the psychological impact creativity can have as a mindfulness practice and personal development tool.
I have since become a certified wellbeing coach and am passionate about bringing together the coaching and creative tools and techniques I have learned (and continue to learn) to support and share with others through public workshops and in corporate programmes.
I'm a true believer in the more we share, the more we learn, the more we grow - and find a sense of belonging.
What I do
My public workshops are for any creative level and give you that spark of creativity, boost of inspiration and space to just be you.
For companies and organisations looking to bring creative activities into the workplace, I have workshops and sessions ready to go.

Support for small businesses - The Small Business Hive
In March 2023, a friend and fellow small business owner, Sarah Sole and I, co-founded The Small Business Hive. After spending years having coffees and virtual “tea-venings” together, chatting about our challenges and successes in our small businesses, we noticed a growing need for people like us to come together, share and support each other - after all we don’t have a team in our businesses, we are the team!
